Siempre he dicho que si existe una lista en Venezuela de estados con los atardeceres más lindos, el nuestro tiene que estar en esa lista, porque no hay vista más bonita que la de un atardecer en nuestras playas.

Generalmente, cuando voy a la Playa San Luis, lo hago por la mañana procurando capturar el amanecer, pero los atardeceres también son hermosos y hoy vengo a presumirles estas fotos que tomé hace unos dias para recordarles que nuestra playa nos regala instantáneas hermosas.

Esta vez las fotos no las tomé ni en el Círculo Militar ni en Protección Civil. No. Está vez las tomé desde otro lado. Es por eso lo del tema de la perspectiva, porque, las tomé en la casa de los padres de un amigo, cuyo patio es el mar. Ese amigo se llama Alberto. Es un amigo que me regaló el running. Resulta que hace días fui a su casa, porque debía ubicar a varios pescadores para entrevistarlos. Él es hijo de pescadores y, por un tiempo, se dedicó a este oficio, así que, al saber el tema de la investigación, pues no dudé en buscarlo.

Pronto, acordamos el encuentro y pusimos en marcha todo el plan, pero, antes de todo eso tuvimos que esperar a los señores y disfrutamos del hermoso paisaje marino que teníamos detrás de su casa, mientras, más nos acercábamos a esa parte, más se escuchaba el oleaje del mar. Ese sonido que me transmite tanta paz, alinea mis shakras y abre mi plexo solar. No sé si eso es posible, pero, el mar a mí me resetea.

Evidentemente, no pude contenerme y comencé a sacar varias fotos del hermoso atardecer que se veía. Durante ese momento, Alberto y Andrés se reían de mí, porque después de las fotos, me senté un rato a escuchar, respirar y ser feliz. Amo los momentos, en los que puedo estar en paz. Solo que, cuando eso sucede, suelo estar en silencio y yo nunca para de hablar.

Al salir de ese momento y con ese escenario tan lindo, comencé las entrevistas. Estás me llevaron un buen rato. Al terminar ya era de noche. Algunos estudios revelan que el sonido de las olas, el olor del mar y su color son una buena forma de bajar el estrés, despejar la mente y calmar las tensiones. Yo no soy científica, pero, sí puedo decir que algo de cierto debe haber en esas conclusiones.

He is the son of fishermen and, for a while, was dedicated to this trade, so, knowing the subject of the investigation, I did not hesitate to look for him.

Soon, we agreed to meet and put the whole plan into action, but, before all that we had to wait for the gentlemen and enjoy the beautiful seascape that we had behind their house, the closer we got to that part, the more we heard the swell of the sea. That sound that transmits me so much peace, aligns my shakras and opens my solar plexus. I don't know if it's possible, but the sea resets me.

Evidently, I couldn't help myself and started to take several pictures of the beautiful sunset. During that moment, Alberto and Andres laughed at me, because after the photos, I sat down for a while to listen, breathe and be happy. I love the moments, when I can be at peace. Only, when that happens, I am usually silent and I never stop talking.

When I came out of that moment and with such a nice scenario, I started the interviews. They took me quite a while. By the time I finished it was already dark. Some studies reveal that the sound of the waves, the smell of the sea and its color are a good way to lower stress, clear the mind and calm tensions. I am not a scientist, but I can say that there must be some truth in these conclusions.
