Over the years life, experiences and all the situations I have had to face have helped me a lot to understand and mature in my processes, like every adult and like every Venezuelan I have had ups and downs in economic matters, in terms of my health, and of course in terms of my interpersonal relationships, seeing people I loved being born and saying goodbye hurt me a lot and also filled me with joys that I did not expect or sought.

Likewise my experience has led me to conclude three (3) things or lessons that I consider the most important and difficult to process, I have decided to share them with all of you in order to help you a little from your own process, we are all different but at the same time we all have needs and feelings that we must face, I hope with all my heart my experience will help you as much as possible.

1. THE VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE DO NOT RESPECT YOUR CHARACTER, THEY RESPECT YOUR MONEY.

As you read, sometimes you are worth more for what you have, for your car, the area where you live or your position in the company than for what you are as a person, x what you offer at a human level, sentimental, or for your humility, this is hard, it hurts because if like me you have the habit of being helpful or hospitable to your environment is not necessary, everything works while you have money, power, status, rank, hierarchy and position within the company, It is a better leader the one who reserves some things to the one who gives everything with open hands, that which you know as pimping (taking advantage of others for my benefit and to cover a need of mine) you are not the only one who does it, everyone does it and use it for their own benefit sooner or later but it is up to you to let or not to abuse.

To the extent that you restrict and delimit the levels of abuse towards you, you will filter those who are with you x being you beyond what you have or what they can take from you.

1. IN LIFE WE ARE DEFINED BY TWO THINGS

I beg you to pay close attention to this point because I think it is like a book for life because this is how my life has been and until now I am able to capture it and I feel able to share it with all of you.

• PATIENCE WHEN YOU HAVE NOTHING:

If you have nothing to wait you will have nothing to lose either, the decision is only yours, if you stop waiting for things to happen and you take care that something happens you will never know what you are capable of, we all have fears, panic I feel daily because my day to day life depends on God and the little or much that is achieved to produce. To date my Christmas dinner will be arepas with grains. . You have no idea what it is like to look my children in the face when I should have told them that this year there will be no Christmas gift, I feel my heart and soul in pieces but it is I myself who must put the pieces back together and recover for them, and take back the true meaning of Christmas which is to give, help others and be thankful for our loved ones

• YOUR ATTITUDE WHEN YOU HAVE IT ALL

Life is a tombola with millions of different paths and directions, many slides and roller coasters, it can give us everything we want and ask for, it can also take away what we love and long for, if having power makes you feel superior or more than others then what the universe and life gives you will depend on that attitude.

You are not money, you are not a phone number, you are a human being.

You are not a car, nor a new house, you are a person.

Your feelings, your humility and all your energy will attract or take away what you really need, deserve and will always be for your well being.

1. MATURING IS LEARNING TO BE ALONE AND CHOOSING NOT TO BE WITH JUST ANYONE.

My greatest and most beautiful company at this moment of my life are my children and my mother, they are my reason for being and it is for them that I make every effort in my life, I hope to meet their expectations, I apologize for not having been able to give them the Christmas they expected, I want to renew my faith and prepare myself energetically to face 2023 better clearer, more mature and with a single purpose to enjoy them and form family ties increasingly larger and stronger, I love them with all my soul.
