I love them😍 but six week is too long to wait because I want to eat them from the next day after I prepared 😀 usually I make them with another recipe and after 10 day I can eat))

Yes, you're right, it takes a long time, but if you start planning early, it's bearable.
Besides, there are many shorter fermentation methods, for example almost all types of cabbage as a salad, which only takes a few hours 😋
