Yes, his work is like a signature by it self. The usage of the garbage has the main material for his art, and the colorful composition and size of them speak to anyone that crosses with them!
I did some small research about Bordalo II art in a Tenerife observation point, and I got this one. Not sure if this is the particular one that you mentioned, my friend. It is located in Parque Rural de Anaga, Tenerife, Spain
