#Monomad Challenge - An open-air cage?

Good morning, #Monomad friends

Here is my entry for the #monomad contest by @brumest and @monochromes.

Throughout our evolution as human beings, we have gone from a lifestyle that was much more focused on the countryside to a complete change in our habits and customs. We live practically our entire lives surrounded by metal, concrete, glass, and asphalt... leaving only small paradises that we still allow to exist in our environment to remind us of our true connection.

Humans have always sought to protect themselves from the elements and other animals that could threaten their survival. We sought shelter in caves, and then we began to build these caves closer to the places where we would hunt. From hunting, which was our main source of food, we moved on to gathering. We learned to cultivate the land, to sow and harvest what the earth gives us, and to produce larger quantities of the food that is so essential.

All these changes have taken place over the last few millennia, leaving much of our ancestry far behind... But sometimes, all this comfort we have created makes it impossible to connect more closely with Nature.

Have you ever felt like you were in a cage without bars? Have you ever felt trapped in a world where everything around us was not created by nature? I felt that way a few days ago... In that strange way, and with a desire to reconnect with nature.

I don't mean in the way that ancient man was connected and dependent, but more in a balanced way...

I decided to leave the room where I was working and take a look outside... The points of light that burst through the cement and metal are true baths of energy that I have access to. It feels good to recharge my batteries and spirit in such a simple way.
