CCC's Street Art Contest #290 - "3 Big Fat Cap Lettering" - AIRAM, DISH & Child, Linda-a-Velha, Portugal [Eng-Pt]
Good afternoon, everyone!
And welcome to another sharing of a work of art in the Street Art community, that is not in a museum or someone's home... The freedom that this type of work brings, not only to its creator, but also to those who appreciate it, in addition to the positive transformation of the space/mural in which it was created, is something that fascinates me.
From one day to the next, a wall that had nothing more to offer than its sterile whiteness, and excluding, of course, places where the whiteness of that wall or that sterility is appropriate, graffiti brings a little more joy, irreverence, and even enthusiasm and life.
I have already shared two other works here that can be found on the walls of the same institution - the Linda-a-Velha Community Center, and today I want to share these three very different “tags,” with very distinct styles and techniques and processes.
The three works are by “AIRAM,” DISH, and Child. These artists are known not only for their powerful lettering, but more for their excellent creative work.

And what do you think about this way of communicating and making art? I confess that there are “tags” that, to me, are nothing more than simple scribbles, which not only add nothing to the place where they are made, but also further degrade the surrounding environment.
But in this case, that's not the case. They are powerful. They fill the space with color and life. A single-story building in the center of a small square, where there is basically only a parking lot, has been filled with life and color. What do you think? Although this style is much more common in high-traffic areas, such as train stations, trains, or building facades in busy areas, I really like the quality used here in these three “tags.”

Bem vindos a mais uma partilha de uma obra de arte para a Comunidade Street Art, que não está num museu ou na casa de alguém... A liberdade que este tipo de trabalhos trás, não somente ao seu criador, mas também a quem a aprecia, para além da transformação positiva do espaço/mural em que ela foi criada é algo que me fascina.
De um dia para o outro, uma parede que nada mais do que a sua brancura estéril tinha para oferecer, e excluindo, obviamente os locais em que a brancura dessa parede ou essa esterilidade são o indicado, o graffiti vem trazer um pouco mais de alegria, irreverência e mesmo entusiasmo e vida.
Já aqui partilhei dois outros trabalhos que se encontram nas paredes da mesma instituição - o Centro Comunitário de Linda-a-Velha, e hoje quero partilhar aqui estas três "tags" muito diferentes, com estilos bem distintos, e com técnicas e processos também distintos.
Os três trabalhos são da "AIRAM", DISH e Child. Estes artistas são conhecidos não só pelos seus poderosos "letterings", mas mais pelos excelentes trabalhos criativos.

E o que vocês acham acerca desta maneira de comunicar e de fazer arte? Confesso que há "tags" que para mim, não passam de simples rabiscos, que apenas não só não trazem nada ao local onde são feitos, como ainda degradam mais o ambiente em redor.
Mas neste caso não o é. São poderosos. Enchem o espaço de cor e de vida. Um edificio térreo que está no centro de uma praceta, onde basicamente apenas existe uma zona de estacionamento de superficies, veio encher de vida e de cor. O que acham vocês? Apesar de este estilo ser muito mais frequente em zonas de maior passagem, como estações de comboio, comboios, ou fachadas de prédios de zonas de intensa passagem, agrada-me muito a qualidade aqui usada nestas três "tags".
