Various evening/night photos from Szolnok, Hungary (2022.11.11)
Currently I am going home from a hunter training course, and I decided to take a few photos in the city, including traffic (people, buses, cars, bicycles).
I was on a hunter training course on the Petőfi street. My plan is to take the falconry exam later, but first I need to take a theoretical hunter exam, because falconry is a form of hunting, and it is very strictly regulated in my country.
After I arrived at the end of the Petőfi street, I saw a bus. This bus moves only within the city, so this is not my bus. I waited around one hour for the bus. So I had time to walk around this part of the city.
I went through a park a few streets away.
The lights of the Szolnok Plaza. It was still open.
People moved in and out.
I continued my walking. I arrived at the Hild János square. It was almost empty. There is the Aba-Novák Agóra Cultural Center on the left side, and the Hotel Pelikán on the right side.
Behind me was the way to the bus station and the Pelikán Mall. I was not went there yet.
First I walked to the Kossuth square (city center), because I still had a lot of time until the bus.
There were a few people there, but mostly this place was also empty.
Later I walked to the bus station.
There is a Chinese fast food restaurant there. You can see on the sign that there is a menu from 1190 Hungarian Forint (HUF), which is currently $3.03 USD, because $1 USD is currently 393.05 HUF. I ate there a few times. They make delicious/tasty, filling foods. So their food is good and affordable. I already introduced this place in one of my #MarketFriday posts. Speaking about Market Friday, I have not participated in it in the recent past. Maybe I will show something else on the next Friday, depending on where I will go.
Later I sat down on a bench in the waiting room of the bus station, and I waited approximately 16 minutes for the bus. The temperature was/is 7 °C, but it was not felt that cold. I enjoyed this evening/night walk in the city.
Currently I am on the bus to home.
I took every photo in this post with my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy A12). I have not edited these photos.
Have a nice day and have a nice weekend.
All the best. Greetings and much love from Hungary.
Those photos In the night are really good, you choose good places with good lighting for this
The lightning are indeed good in this part of the city (every place in this post is near the city center) (they are safe to walk), but there are darker parts too (which are not so safe, or even dangerous, mostly near the train station).
I think all the cities have danger places jaja
The City looks beautiful through your lens, especially the White Building in Kossuth square (city center).
!PIZZA
That building is the city hall and the mayor's office.
