Very interesting. What is the "drive"? Rope or gear train?

Hi @bucipuci. I don't really know. I noticed that all the funiculars in Lisbon have a third track, but never asked to myself if inside there is a rope. Thinking about that, logically the traction must be by a rope. If it was by mechanical gear, it was more evident.

Je použito lano a obě kabiny se musí řídit současně. Vskutku by mě zajímalo, jak se domlouvali, když nebyly telefony ani vysílačky.

Možná nějaká mechanická signalizace při projetí nějakého bodu. Jedno cvaknutí brzdit, dvě cvaknutí odbrzdit :-)
