Mohammed Al Amin Mosque (Monomad)

Good Day World!

To start the week with my entry for the #monomad challenge I go with a couple of images I took back in April 2023 in Beirut, Lebanon. One of my favorite destinations during my middle-east trip. For anyone who has the chance to travel to Beirut - Do it! I can promise you that you won't regret it :))

The images below were in the center of Beirut in front of the Mohammad Al Amin Mosque. The biggest Mosque in Lebanon. Seeing the Mosque for the first time in person I was blown away on how massive this building is. It's hard to display it on images but trust me, its huuuge!

The only thing which is quite difficult is getting inside of the Mosque - It is open for visitors and tourists but the opening times are very limited as its mostly closed for prayers. Maybe you guys get lucky when ever you visit Beirut! :))
