Artisan Coffee: Signature Menu by "Share Coffee Shop"

A few days ago, my wife and I visited a coffee shop in a city close to our house, we had never been here before and were so excited to enjoy the coffee shop's signature coffee menu. The name of the coffee shop is "Bagi Bagi" or in English is called "Share Coffee", the place is similar to a house in which there is a place to order coffee, the interior design of this coffee shop uses a minimalist home concept with white and cream colors, then the coffee shop's yard is planted with grass and some ornamental plants to beautify the surrounding area which in my opinion adds a comfortable impression to visitors.

This coffee shop has one entrance that leads directly to the Artisan Coffee kitchen, as soon as we enter we are immediately directed to the typical menu of the coffee shop. Some of my friends who have visited this coffee shop say that they have a signature menu with a unique taste and are different from other coffee shops. The menu names are "Ice Caramel Macchiato" and "Sanger Espresso"; My wife and I directly ordered both of these menus to try the taste of coffee made by Artisan Coffee which has an International barista certificate; we were curious to try it shortly.

After waiting for about ten minutes our order finally arrived, from the appearance of the coffee "Caramel Macchiato" it looked quite tempting and the "Sanger Espresso" menu had a distinctive aroma of Arabica coffee with the addition of the condensed milk used, then we tried both menus starting with Ice Caramel Macchiato which in my opinion tastes very different from Macchiato that I have tried at other coffee shops, the caramel syrup used is not too sweet and the taste of the coffee suits my tongue which doesn't like the sweet taste of caramel.

Then we tried Sanger Espresso, the coffee tasted so strong, and the milk used tasted like high-quality milk that has a distinctive taste like pure cow's milk, my wife doesn't like this menu because the bitter taste is more dominant because the dose of Sanger Coffee only uses a little milk and the after taste is bitter.

The impressions from the two coffee menus that we ordered have different values for my wife and me, I prefer Sanger Espresso because the coffee taste is stronger, and the milk used is only as an additional taste, so it's not too bitter, while Caramel Macchiato I like it too but there is a taste like a creamer which makes the after taste not match my tongue. My wife prefers the Caramel Macchiato taste because the caramel and creamy taste of the milk used gives a bitter-sweet taste that suits her tongue, so it can be concluded that we have a different assessment of the two menus.

In conclusion, if I visit this coffee shop again I will prefer to order Sanger Espresso because the taste suits me, while my wife says she will order another menu because she thinks the Caramel Macchiato tastes good but she prefers to order another menu because of the price of the menu according to my wife too expensive with a standard taste.

Thank You!

Greetings friend, an incredible experience you manage to pass, also a very modern place and especially as it embraces the theme of home, so I would like to visit it. The coffees look very good, also a great choice, the strong taste will always exist in that coffee.
