Tea Alongside Cheers
A cup of tea early in the morning does so much good to the my body, irrespective of what tea it is. On days when I don't take tea–especially in the morning – I feel lopsided. I come from a household where tea is taken virtually everyday as part of breakfast, it's like a custom.
Growing up, there was this tea that only the "adults" at home took and that was Lipton. They always made it look as if the tea gave them an extra life each time they took a sip and so, I eagerly wanted to have a taste of it and possibly acquire an extra life too.
One could ask: why not just be a recalcitrant child and take the tea when your parents were not home? Believe me when I say that I tried but I failed as the packet of tea was kept at the top shelf;a height where my curiosity couldn't raise me to.
On a random day, after so much pleading, wailing, rolling on the carpet and being headstrong, my mom graciously decided to allow me have a taste of the tea. With a wet appetite, I buckled up in anticipation of something magnificent but my expectations came to an abrupt end with the first sip from the mug. The tea was vapid! No honey, no milk, just tea. I thought that all teas were supposed to taste "sweet", little did I know.
Fast forward to last year, I came in contact with "Lord's chamomile and honey tea" and it totally changed my perspective about teas in general. I'm a person who rarely tries out new edible products without getting recommendations from two or more trusted sources. As such, I was sceptical about taking the chamomile and honey tea tea. It took thirty minutes of research, a few words of prayer and a lot of self convincing before I tried the chamomile and honey tea out and till this day, I can proudly say that I made a good decision.
I don't know what the tea did to me but I felt as light as a feather after taking a cup of it. It was that day that I knew I had found my favourite tea. Who wouldn't want to feel very free after just a cup of tea?
I like to take my tea very creamy; there's no harm in taking extra milk– at least none that I know of. In my years of tea exploration, I've come across mostly herbal/medicinal teas. There's no doubt that teas go a long way to enhancing our general wellbeing.
Although the chamomile and honey tea is currently occupying the spot of "favourite tea", I hope to come across other varieties and flavours of teas.

Honey and chamomile tea could probably convince anyone to become an ardent tea drinker. It is so strange how, as we get older, we get set in our ways and don’t really want to test out new things. I’m so glad that you found “your tea”.
I see you've had a taste of the tea too. Terrific. Did you like it?
I'm glad I did too.☺️
Thank you for stopping by ✨
I also have seen many people having the same opinion like you have shared here. Some people are tea-addicted people who can't think about their daily life without tea.
I also take tea a minimum of 2 times a day and it helps me to overcome sleepy mode.
You take tea twice a day? That's a record actually. And yes you're right, tea helps to keep a person active sometimes.
Thank you for stopping by dear @intishar ✨
Most of the time I take more than 3 times also depends on many things. But 2 times is the minimum in each day and tea is very common in our country.

Haha! I'm like that without coffee.
Hehe! Oh, I've experienced that!
I'd recommend turmeric, ginger, and lemongrass tea with honey (separate or all together). Maybe you'd like the taste since you like chamomile with honey:)

I've seen my mom take ginger and turmeric tea on few occasions but I haven't given it a try. Thank you for the recommendation, I'd definitely give it a try☺️
Enjoy 😋
☺️
We all find a tea that we love, although there is a great variety of flavors but there is always one that we identify with, good that you found the perfect one for you. Hugs 🤗
I'm glad I found one that I could stick to for a while. How about you, any favorite?
Yesterday I posted one of my favorites, sangria infusion, holy leaf and lemon, but I also like the cinnamon with orange 🍊 There are many delicious teas.
Oh, that's awesome.
Do have a splendid day ✨
