🍐From Garden to Hand - The First Guava🍐

Hello Hello. Welcome back from my small garden blog. Today is Wednesday so what are you doing? Are you busy? I'm free because I'm no longer teaching my students. So I'm investing my time in Hive. In the coming days, I will try to share recipes along with information about the plants in my garden or DIY and handmade methods. So please stay tuned for my posts. Yesterday I shared how to make homemade sushi. Today I'll tell you about the plants in my garden.

What is the weather like in your area? The rainy season has started in Myanmar where I live. So it rains almost every day. When it doesn't rain, it's cloudy like I've shown in the picture. Since it's the rainy season, the plants in the yard are well-watered. And I don't have to water them. And since it's the rainy season, the plants are lush and beautiful with flowers and buds. When you go into the yard, you can also smell the earthy smell that comes from the contact of rain and soil.

In our small garden, my father has planted a large number of two plants. These two plants are chili plants and guava plants. I will tell you about chili plants another day. Today, I will tell you about guava plants in my garden. In our area, guava flowers start blooming in May, and by June, the guavas start bearing small fruits, as I have shown in the picture above. We have about 10 guavas planted in our small garden. Almost every plant has started to produce small guava fruits as I have shown above. Some of the plants still have small white guava flowers.

Today, after the rain, my father and I were looking at the plants in the garden and we saw a fruit. It was a guava fruit on the tallest guava tree in our small garden. The guava was different from other fruits, it smelled very sweet and was ready to be picked. So today my dad and I picked guavas from that tree. But the tree was so tall that it was a little difficult to pick them. My dad put a small stool on top of it. Then we had to pick them from that stool with a long stick.

The color of that guava is very beautiful and very sweet. And the fruit is ready to eat. So I picked that guava and washed it and ate it. That's all for today. I'll continue this story when I pick more guavas from my small garden. That's all for today. Thank you.
