Twilight seconds

Today I had planned to go with my wife to another city to visit some museums and take some photos, but the weather was really bad from very early on. It rained practically from early morning until almost the end of the day. I didn't even want to go outside for a while to take some photos. But anyway, we ended up spending the day watching some videos and talking a bit. Suddenly, after the rain stopped, I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunset from my apartment window, overlooking Alta Vista, one of the highest points of the city.

In this case, I took advantage of the contrast between the twilight sky just minutes before dusk and the shadows of the building. Well, at least I got these few photos for this day, when the rain was very intense. While we'll be able to visit the cities we were going to today next weekend, I'm looking forward to taking photos in other places outside of my usual surroundings.

I love the twilight moments. A calming time with the beauty of the orange sky. Very nice photo :)
