Scenes of the day - Monomad Challenge
Today, during my birthday at my mom's house, I decided to capture some scenes of what I call details and shapes in the frame. Among the different motifs that captivated me, I created these compositions. A bit of a silhouette of a specific face of my wife, a close-up of a small reptile against the sky, which I intentionally wanted. Other motifs are mostly natural objects, but also with the presence of shadows, as always in my compositions.
This is how I spent my birthday, aside from sharing it with my family. Well, I'm not really one for celebrations, but since it was my family's initiative, of course, I couldn't deny it. So, it was a good day in every way, and I hope the week ends on a high note.
All photographs are mine.

Great shots, love the profile silhouette!! And happy bday!!
Thanks !
First of all, happy birthday! You've spent your time doing what you love, photography, as well as sharing wonderful moments with your family.
My favourite is the reptile. You captured it at just the right moment with excellent detail and contrast. Your wife's profile against the white background is also excellent. The leaves in the fourth photograph have a grey tone that I really like. I hope you have a great end to the week and thank you, as always, for the quality of your work. Best wishes!

Hey, thanks for your kind words. Well, photography will always be a passion and part of my routine. Cheers!
Happy birthday!! 🥳 I particularly like the two photos of animals. Both appear with almost the same expression, curiously scanning the horizon. The shadows of your wife and the sheets are so beautiful too.
Hey, thanks for the congratulations and your appreciation of my photographs. Cheers!
