For some scenes - Monomad Challenge

Today I once again present some of the last remaining images from my last trip to Ciudad Bolívar, Bolívar State, Venezuela. I took a tour with my wife, visiting several important points in the city. The historic center, which in my opinion, possesses a magical quality perfect for photography, thanks to all its scenes, its architectural style, and the people who are part of, so to speak, this visual universe, both in scenes and in the environment itself.

So, here we see the different reasons for this photoshoot. It's a bit of details, architecture, and scenes with people doing whatever, but to create a harmonious composition for the photographic composition. On a day marked by many clouds and a light drizzle that constantly sprayed my camera. I know it's not waterproof, but the truth is, I've had many occasions where a lot of water has fallen on it, and in the end, nothing has happened to my old, yet still waterproof camera.

Truth be told, I've always struggled to take photos when the weather is very cloudy or rainy, because I have a hard time focusing on things, and I usually have to manage the parameters better to capture better lighting for the subjects. For that reason and many others, I prefer those days with lots of sun, that sun so strong it seems like it could burn you alive. However, it doesn't hurt to take advantage of these locations even if the day is very rainy, because I don't usually go there and I don't know when I'll have the opportunity to visit again, but I hope it will be very soon.
