Elements and motifs - Monomad Challenge

As I see it, photography, beyond being a job or a hobby, is like a game where one tries to reward oneself by capturing scenarios that may have a certain interest, where in some cases the compression of forms and harmony in those scenes converge. Whatever the motives, human beings with all the technology we have, we want to immortalize in some way what we are seeing, be it specific moments, or those journeys we take at a certain point in some place, or simply capture everything that is understood in this visual world.

Therefore, this exhibition is based on the philosophy I mentioned earlier, but it also has technical aspects that can further enhance these images, whether from the approach to lighting, taking advantage of the same incidence to create atmospheres and shadows in the different scenes, or also composing with the idea of ​​capturing more contrast in what we can see and capture, highlighting elements in the foreground and giving it context with elements in the background. Well, these are topics that can refine the vision one can have when taking photographs. It's based on simplicity, but at the same time, it carries a great weight for all the aforementioned reasons.

For this photography exhibition, there is no human element; instead, there are static elements ranging from architectural forms to hundreds of objects, be they signs or even a bit of nature. My focus is on capturing certain details and a context that contrasts the main theme of the different photos displayed in this publication.
