Among photographs of volleyball.
It's been a long time since I last posted on Hive, but I'm back with the intention of resuming my previous routine of sharing my photographs and, of course, talking a bit about what I enjoy capturing. However, these photos I'm showing you have been archived for a few months, but I always intended to share them.
This is a series of images from a volleyball game I attended a few months ago. Since I had to do some work, I took my camera with me to take some pictures. I already had an idea of how I wanted the photos to look, considering the lighting conditions because it was an indoor court, and also the simple challenge of capturing the athletes while minimizing the glare in the image.
Therefore, I had to work with a much higher ISO than usual so I could maintain a suitable shutter speed. In the end, some of the photos turned out, let's say, just okay, because my camera has its limitations and it's more difficult in low light. But anyway, my idea was to capture the movement of the athletes in question.

It’s no easy task to take photos of people in motion and capture the moment, and it’s even trickier to capture athletes in motion in low-light conditions, but you’ve pulled it off! Para mi uno de los mejores deportes a nivel mundial, estas fotos me hicieron recordar, cuando mi hija jugaba este deporte, yo le acompañaba siempre, desde sus practicas como a los juegos y campeonatos, en los viajes tambien.
Tomaba muchas fotos de ella como el resto del equipo, era como la fotografa oficial de ellas je je.
Oye antes no me llamaba la atención pero ahora sí me gusta, es un deporte muy dinámico. Saludos !
