I wonder if those seriously lightweight interwoven plastic and aluminum chairs are still popular. Those things could take a beating. I bet my parents still have ours that we acquired in the 80's. Cant' kill 'em!

I remember that my grandparents had those. The nylon or whatever the straps are made of would eventually rot. My grandfather would re-cover the frames. Appearently you could buy rolls of that stuff.
