Coming to the point of awakening or epiphany sure must feel awesome, making you set your priorities in order unwavered by the happenings/ reacting forces around you. It is, yes, even though it also comes with lots of cognitive dissonance and the shock of having old perspectives and beliefs fall away, too. It certainly does give us clarity as to what is real and important, which very much does allow us to make far more informed decisions, and to keep our focus on what we know in our hearts can be.
