Cuando el arte interrumpe lo cotidiano (ESP/ENG)

Cuando el arte interrumpe lo cotidiano no hay otra opción más que detenerse y admirarlo. Algo así me sucedió cuando fui a buscar mi documento de identidad provisorio a la policía federal, la cual está situada en el primer piso de un centro comercial en la ciudad de Joinville.

Al ser cubana viviendo en Brasil, tengo que pasar por muchos procesos legales, y cada pequeño avance parece una victoria. Finalmente, después de un año y unos meses ya tengo mi documento provisorio, que aunque como su nombre lo dice sea provisorio, es mejor que los que tenía en blanco y negro y plasticados. Al menos este es en color y de mejor material, algo más serio y formal, y bonito también 😄.

El proceso de buscarlo fue bastante rápido, fue llegar y firmar un documento simplemente. Pero antes de irnos tuve que subir al centro comercial para ir al baño y aproveché y tomé algunas fotos. Aún no deja de sorprenderme un lugar así, tan grande y bonito, con tantas tiendas y cosas para ver.

Me encantó este puesto con una versión en miniatura del castillo del parque Beto Carrero, no me detuve a preguntar que estaban haciendo pero me pareció muy lindo.

La sorpresa vino después, pues en medio de todos estos trámites legales y pensando en el largo viaje que me esperaba para regresar a casa, el arte interrumpió mis pensamientos. De camino al baño me encontré con una exposición de arte y nada más y nada menos que de pinturas, mi expresión preferida del arte.

Recuerdo que cuando vivía en Cuba frecuentaba las galerías cada vez que había una exposición nueva, me gusta mucho ver las obras y apreciar cada detalle. Desde que vivo aquí esta es la primera vez que veo una exposición y en el lugar y momento más inesperado. Por eso, aunque el uber nos estaba esperando, me detuve a admirar el arte y a apreciar este momento 😊.

Esta fue mi preferida de todas.

En fin amigos, un viaje por deber se convirtió en un lindo paseo con arte incluido 😄. Espero que les haya gustado, por mi parte disfruté mucho ver cada obra y poder tomarme ese momento de relajación e inspiración para el alma, que es lo que logra el arte. Nos vemos 🤗.

When art interrupts the everyday, there is no other option but to stop and admire it. Something like that happened to me when I went to pick up my provisional identity card at the federal police, which is located on the second floor of a shopping mall in the city of Joinville.

Being Cuban living in Brazil, I have to go through many legal processes, and every little advance seems like a victory. Finally, after a year and a few months, I finally have my provisional document, which, even though it is provisional, is better than the ones I had in black and white and plastic. At least this one is in color and of better material, something more serious and formal, and beautiful too 😄.

The process of looking for it was quite fast, it was just arriving and signing a document. But before we left I had to go up to the mall to go to the bathroom and I took advantage and took some pictures. It still never ceases to amaze me a place like this, so big and beautiful, with so many stores and things to see.

I loved this booth with a miniature version of the castle at Beto Carrero Park, I didn't stop to ask what they were doing but I thought it was very cute.

The surprise came later, because in the middle of all these legal formalities and thinking about the long trip back home, art interrupted my thoughts. On my way to the bathroom I came across an art exhibition and nothing more and nothing less than paintings, my favorite expression of art.

I remember when I lived in Cuba I used to frequent the galleries every time there was a new exhibition, I really like to see the works and appreciate every detail. Since I have been living here this is the first time I have seen an exhibition and in the most unexpected place and time. So even though the uber was waiting for us, I stopped to admire the art and appreciate this moment 😊.

This was my favorite of all.
