The pocket silver challenge!!! Or am i just talking jibberish??

I was have a look back through som old photo i had stored, when i came across this little series of photos that brought memories flooding back...

Heres a question - Does anyone still have their "pocket silver piece?"

Back in the glory days of steem, when the community was still developing and finding its feet, we had a little challenge that members would participate in called the pocket silver challenge.

Basically, we would carry around a 1oz silver coin where ever we went, and through thr week we would take photos of it in random locations....

A little bit odd, and a little bit strange for those not taking part, or those who have no idea about silver, but a lot of fun for those taking part. It gave us all something we could share, long before we all honed our blog writing skills.

Truth be told, I still very much carry my #psc coin around with me in my wallet. So i thought maybe its a time to revive thisnold tradition, and possibly introduce it to a few new members.

If you dont own any precious metals, then why not tell us? As a community we encourage ALL engagements and encourage everyone to take the plunge and own at lease a sinlge ounce of silver or a fraction of gold. If your struggleing to find a safe and secure place to buy, reach out to the community as there is always someone willing to offer their time and advice to help you out.
