March 19th was a lazy Sunday, perfect for a relaxed day out with my family. As we strolled around, we unexpectedly stumbled upon the fascinating Balloon Exhibition. Intrigued, I took out my phone and discovered that this event was not just any ordinary exhibit—it was a world of whimsy and wonder!

Returning triumphantly from a 3-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the highly anticipated Balloon Exhibition ran from March 11th to 19th. This year's theme, "Hawaiian Beach", transformed the 6,500-square-foot central atrium into a tropical beach paradise that seemed to have sprung straight out of our wildest dreams. Over 40 talented artists from Singapore, China, Spain, and other countries designed and created the awe-inspiring balloon displays, which seemed to defy gravity and bend reality.

But the magic didn't stop there. Most of the balloons were made from 100% natural latex or fully biodegradable materials, making it an eco-friendly and kid-friendly event. With a mind-boggling 180,150 balloons used, the exhibition was nothing short of a kaleidoscope of colors and creativity.

My family and I gleefully snapped photos at the exhibition, making silly faces and striking playful poses. Our lazy Sunday afternoon was transformed into a delightful adventure, filled with laughter and enchantment. The Balloon Exhibition reminded us that there's magic in the everyday—you just have to know where to look.
