Road to my village
The village is not just about nature; it is also about people and their lives. Though my focus was mainly on the greenery, I could not resist capturing glimpses of daily village life. A child running barefoot along the road, an elderly farmer resting under the shade of a tree, or women drawing water from a well each of these scenes adds a human touch to the natural beauty. These small yet powerful moments remind us that life in the village flows slowly, but it flows with peace, honesty, and closeness to nature.
One of my favorite photographs from this series was of the road lined with eucalyptus trees. Their tall trunks rose high above me, almost like guardians protecting the path. The perspective created by their alignment gave a sense of infinity, as though the road was a bridge between the past and the future. Walking under their shade, I felt how deeply connected we are to the natural world, and how photography allows us to preserve that connection for years to come
