May the best always be with you and may your traveling go smoothly. On this occasion I would like to share a little about my trip to a mountain in the Aceh area. And I want to tell you that this is my first time posting in this community, hopefully I will be well received here. This is my trip to a mountain called Mount Geureudong.

This trip began when my family invited me to visit relatives. And it just so happened that the place we visited was close to the mountain. And also my relatives have a plantation at the foot of the mountain and they invited us to play and relax at the foot of the mountain while enjoying the natural beauty around.

Let me tell you a little about this mountain and what is associated with it. This mountain is often called or known as Mount Geureudong or by another name Bur Ni Geureudong or there are those who think this mountain includes Bur Ni Telong even though this mountain and Mount Bur Ni Telong are different, because they are close together so that some people consider them the same mountain. This mountain is included in the stratovolcano mountain. It is located in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province, with an altitude of 2,885 m / 9,465 feet. This place is one of the natural attractions that is still rarely visited, unlike Burni Telong which is visited by many climbers inside and outside the region. But if we want to climb to this mountain, we can start from Bukit Mulie Village, Timang Gajah sub-district, Bener Meriah Regency and will be guided by the Village Forest Management Institute. The route we have to go through is about 10 kilometers by walking through the tropical forest while seeing a variety of plants. Unfortunately, my family and I did not climb the mountain at that time because the situation did not allow us to only walk along the foot of the mountain with the aim of going to my relative's garden. And about this mountain I know from my relatives' stories.
