My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2025(ENG-CZE)

Hi.
There were quite a few activities today.
In the morning, I first went out with Dantík and then took all our dogs out.
Before lunch, I went for a run, and in the afternoon, my son and I walked the dogs together.
In the evening, my wife and I went to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Ahoj.
Dneska bylo aktivity docela dost.
Dopoledne jsem šel napřed ven s Dantíkem a potom jsem vzal ven naše psy.
Před obědem jsem si šel zaběhat.
Odpoledne jsme šli se synem společně vyvenčit psy.
Večer jsme zašli do Indické restaurace na večeři.

In the morning, Dantík and I practiced slalom, and then I took Cesmína and Oggy for a walk outside the city, around the gardens.

** 🐩🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 **

S Dantíkem jsme dopoledne trénovali slalom a s Cesmínou a Oggym jsme se šli projít za město kolem zahrádek.

I had planned a longer run for today.
I ran a circular route along the bike path, mostly following the Ohře River.

** 🏃🏻 **

Na dnešek jsem si naplánoval delší běh.
Běžel jsem okružní trasu po cyklostezce a z velké části podél řeky Ohře.

Later in the afternoon, my son and I took the dogs out of town to the fields and ponds, where they had a great time running around.

Se synem jsme vzali psy za město na pole a k rybníkům. Pěkně se vylítali.

In the evening, my wife, son, and I met at the Old Town Square and went to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Večer jsme se sešli s manželkou a se synem na Starém náměstí a zašli jsme do Indické restaurace na večeři.
