My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2025 (ENG-CZE)

Hi.
I had quite a busy day today.
In the morning, I went to the cemetery with my mom, and after lunch, I went for a run.
In the afternoon, we took the dogs for a long walk, and at 5 p.m., I left for my 12-hour night shift.

Ahoj.
Dneska jsem měl den docela nabitý.
Dopoledne jsem jel s mamkou na hřbitov.
Po obědě jsem si šel zaběhat.
Odpoledne jsme sli na delší procházku se psy.
V 17.00 hod jsem vyrazil na noční 12 hod směnu.

My mom and I visited the cemetery to tidy up and decorate my grandparents’ grave in a nearby village where they had lived almost their entire lives.

** 🎃🎃 **

S mamkou jsme jeli na hřbitov, upravit a vyzdobit hrob babičce a dědovi do nedaleké vesnice, kde téměř celý život bydleli.

Before lunch, we met our son and Dante outside. The boys were wrestling a little🙂

Před obědem jsme venku potkali syna s Dantíkem. Kluci se trochu přetahovali 🙂

I ran on the bike path again today, doing four sets of eight minutes at a faster pace.

Běžel jsem zase po cyklostezce. Dneska to bylo 4 x 8 min rychlejšího běhu.

Since my son was at work, we took Dantík with us and went for a walk in the fields outside the city.

Ven jsme vzali i Dantíka, když je syn v práci a šli za město na pole.
