My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2025 (ENG-CZE)

Hi.
In the morning, I went to the car service to have my winter tires fitted.
Before lunch, I went for a run.
In the afternoon, I went to meet my wife and we took the dogs to the park.
In the evening, I went with Cesmínka and Dantík to Lake Medard.

Ahoj.
Ráno jsem jel do servisu přezout na zimní pneu.
Před obědem jsem si šel zaběhat.
Odpoledne jsme šli se psy manželce naproti do parku.
Večer jsme s Cesmínkou a Dantíkem jeli k jezeru Medard.

Today's run was a bit more demanding, with several one-minute speed intervals.

Dnešní běh byl trochu náročnější, několik 1. minutových rychlých intervalů.

We went for an easy run at Lake Medard.

** 🏃🐩🐕 **

U jezera Medard jsme se z lehka proběhli.
