Today I had another 12-hour morning shift, and I managed to run both to and from work.
On my way home, I stopped for a 🍺.

Dneska jsem měl zase ranní 12 hod směnu.
Do práce a z práce jsem běžel.
Cestou z práce jsem se zastavil na 🍺


On Fridays and weekends, my 12-hour morning shifts don’t leave me much free time, but I always try to fit in at least one run.
Today it worked out 🙂 The weather in the morning was perfect, and the run felt really good.

V pátek a o víkendu mám ranní 12 hod směny a to toho moc nestihnu.
Alespoň na jednu směnu se snažím běžet.
Vyšlo to na dnešek 🙂
Ráno bylo ideální počasí. Běželo se mi dobře.

Večer z práce bylo zase hodně velké teplo.
Běžel jsem trochu rychleji, už jsem viděl to 🍺


My family and the dogs were waiting for me at our favorite pub. 🙂
