(ENG-CZE) Beating the Heat 🥵 Snaha porazit horko : August 15 2025

Hi.
It was another scorching day today, with temperatures reaching 95°F. ☀️
The heat was no joke.
I took the dogs for a walk, hopping from one shady spot to another, and Dante got his walk too! 🐾
I also spent some time exercising on the elliptical trainer and went to meet my wife after she finished work.

Ahoj.
Dneska je zase venku dost teplo 35° C.
Se psy to byly procházky od stínu ke stínu.
Venčil jsem i Dantíka. 🐾
Odpoledne jsem si zacvičil na orbitreku.
Večer jsme šli manželce naproti, když šla z práce.

In the afternoon, instead of running outside in such high temperatures, I spent an hour exercising on the elliptical trainer.

Místo běhu v těchto vysokých teplotách, jsem si 1 hodinu zacvičil na eliptickém trenažéru.

In the evening, we met in the park and sat for a while at a refreshment stand, enjoying a cold beer. 🍺

Manželce jsme šli naproti do parku a poseděli jsme na chvilku ve stánku s občerstvením u studeného piva. 🍺
