(ENG-CZE) My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2025

Hey.
Today was quite a day, not only because it was the hottest day of the year so far.
In the morning, we went to the dog training area and then to the pond.
After lunch, I went for a run. In the evening, we took the dogs out again.

Ahoj.
Tak dnešní den byl dost náročný, nejen proto, že to byl zatím nejteplejší den v roce.
Dopoledne jsme zajeli na cvičák a k rybníku.
Po obědě jsem si šel zaběhat.
Večer jsme ještě zašli se psy ven.

At the dog training area, we kept the exercises simple and short because of the heat.

Na cvičáku jsme i kvůli teplu, cvičili jednoduché, krátké cviky.

Afterwards, we went to the local pond, where the dogs enjoyed a nice, cool bath.

Ze cvičáku jsme ještě zajeli k místnímu rybníku.
Psi se krásně ochladili a vykoupali.

For my run, I headed into the woods, trying to escape the sun and get some vertical metres in.

Běhat jsem šel do lesa, chtěl jsem se schovat před sluncem a nastoupat nějaké výškové metry.

In the evening, we went with the dogs to the swimming pool area, sat on the meadow, and refreshed ourselves a bit 🍺

Večer jsme šli se psy ke koupališti, sednout si na louku a trochu se osvěžit 🍺
