Ahoj. Dnes mě čekala první noční 12, tak že času moc nebylo. Naplánován byl dlouhý běh. Vyběhl jsem před obědem.
Odpoledne jsem rychle vyvenčil psy a v 17.00 hod jsem vyrazil do práce.

The weather was beautiful — sunny and already quite warm. My legs were still sore from Friday’s workout, and I could especially feel it during the downhill sections in the second half. And I only went hiking this weekend 🙂
