Running with My Furry Buddies

Hey runners! 🏃‍♂️

Garmin recommended a rest day today, but since I know I won't be able to run tomorrow, I decided to go for a super light jog instead.

It was the perfect opportunity to bring Cesmína and especially little Oggýsek along. We ran in the forest park in the neighboring village. The run was pleasantly slow, filled with sniffing, photo stops, and Oggy's territory-marking breaks. 🙂 My heart rate dropped nicely during these pauses, keeping the overall average in Zone 2.
