Today's plan was a run with my dog Cesmína and my son's dog Dante. My Garmin recommended a threshold workout – the perfect choice for trail running with dogs!

Since it got a bit warmer than I hoped, we headed out of town to the forest park. There are four ponds along the route, which was a lifesaver for the pups to cool off.

When Dante pulls, he’s got serious power, so the pace was really flying at times!
