[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2026

Hi everyone!

I was hoping today would be cooler than yesterday, but instead, it was even more humid. Despite that, I went for a run before lunch.
After lunch, we went to meet my wife in the park, and in the afternoon, we drove over to our dog training club.

Ahoj!

Doufal jsem, že dnes bude chladněji než včera, ale místo toho padlo ještě větší dusno. Přesto jsem si šel před obědem zaběhat.
Po obědě jsme šli manželce naproti do parku a odpoledne jsme zajeli k nám na cvičák.

The start of the run was okay, but then the heat and heavy humidity got the best of me. 🥵 Tomorrow will be a rest day. 🛌

Začátek běhu docela šel, pak mě ale zmohlo teplo a velké dusno. 🥵 Zítra budu odpočívat. 🛌

After quite a while, we went to the park again to meet my wife as she was coming home from work. 🌳

Po delší době jsme zase šli do parku manželce naproti, když se vracela z práce. 🌳

Due to the heat, we only trained lightly in the shade at the dog training club. 🐕🌳☀️

Na cvičáku jsme vzhledem k teplu trénovali jen zlehka ve stínu. 🐕🌳☀️
