Nature’s Remedy: Finding Peace in Morning Birdsong

Happy day to everyone here on HIVE.. I hope your day started well and will end productively.

My morning started well today. I got up a bit earlier than usual. Then I prepared breakfast.

After finishing my meal, I went out while holding my hot coffee ☕, then I sat down on my hammock. This is the first time I've done this after a few weeks because of the rainy weather.

After a few minutes of sipping my warm coffee while enjoying the cool morning breeze, I heard the soft rustling of leaves. I heard soft flaps of tiny wings. I saw some vines swaying, not because of the wind but because something had perched on them. Then I saw my tiny friends settling on a bitterwood vine, crawling from one branch to another, their favorite spot.

Look at them quietly and peacefully perched on the vine. I paused and thought, the wonderful song of nature will be played soon.

I waited while they settled down. One of the birds looked at me, as if saying, "Are you ready?" 😁

Then they sang. 🐦🎶

They started exchanging soft chirps as if they were talking to each other. Then the soft chirps turned into a loud and joyful melody. Their tiny voices echoed into the woods.

I captured one of the birds' gracefully opening it's beak while singing. The other one was just patiently waiting for its turn.

I know, it was just an ordinary morning.

Just birds chirping, but to me, it's my cure for anxiety and my daily dose of peace.
