Enjoying Nature within the City - Sunset, Birds, and more
Hello everyone, I hope everyone's doing fine these days.
I'm sharing this part in the city where nature is thriving.
This is Iloilo City's project to reduce traffic congestion and also to protect the river and provide scenic views.
It's a 5-kilometer coastal road with bike lanes and walkways.

There were plants and flowers along the walkway.
There are viewing decks where you can look at the river on both side of the road. You can also enjoy the sunset. Motorists usually make a stop to take a photo of the sunset.
Different birds can also be seen on the river banks might be feeding or resting. Some of them are migratory birds. I've seen some egrets among the birds.

Though I can still hear minimal vehicle noises, I enjoyed the sound of nature. The wind was gently blowing to your ears and birds chirping from a distance and some occasional splash in the water.
What I enjoyed the most is the sunset. Such a relaxing view of the golden horizon and the fluffy clouds in the sky.

What a lovely project for saving mother nature and to lessen the pollution as well. Nice place to jog and walk.💕
That's true.. I love these types of govt projects. considering nature and the people, and not just their pockets 🤣
