A Breath of Fresh Air: My Monday Morning Walk

Greetings, everyone!

After a very busy weekend, I woke up this morning feeling like I needed a reset.
To change my mood and start the week on a high note, I decided to head outside for an early morning walk.

The air was cool and crisp, with a lovely wind that made everything feel alive. Looking up, I was greeted by a beautiful, busy sky. It wasn't just blue, it was filled with layers of soft, white, puffy clouds stretching as far as I could see.

There is something so calming about watching the sky. I spent some time just snapping photos of the different shapes and patterns above the treetops.

Some clouds looked like scattered cotton balls, while others were thick and bright.
The deep blue of the sky peeking through the white made everything look so vivid.
Watching the palm leaves sway against the cloudy backdrop was incredibly peaceful.

It’s amazing how a simple 30-minute walk can clear your head. Seeing the green leaves of the trees against that vast sky reminded me to slow down and breathe. It was exactly the refresh button I needed after such a long weekend.

Nature has a way of making our big worries feel a little smaller. If you're feeling a bit tired today, I highly recommend stepping outside for just a few minutes. Look at the trees, watch the clouds move, and let the wind wake you up. 😁
