Danas sam pokupila ćerku iz škole i otišle smo pravo kod lekara jer kašljuca već 4, 5 dana, kija, uši zapušene. Nije bilo gužve, odmah su nas primili. Zaključak- alergija.
Hm, 🤔. Ne sećam se da je imala alergije do sada, ali nisam lekar. Dobila je neki sirup da pije dok ne prodju tegobe, kao i vitamine za podizanje imuniteta. Uvek kada idemo kod lekara, posle toga volim da odemo negde na neko potpuno suprotno mesto za opuštanje.
U povratku, prolazile smo pored gradskog parka.

• Mama, hoćeš da idemo u park?
• Naravno!
  Mislim da deca to intuitivno rade. Shvataju da nakon malog stresa, tražimo relaksaciju. Odrasli ne slušaju svoje telo. Ok, krenule smo u divnu terapijsku šetnju. . .🥰☀️

Today I picked up my daughter from school and we went straight to the doctor because she's been coughing for 4-5 days, sneezing, her ears are blocked. There was no crowd, they received us right away. Conclusion - allergy.
Um, 🤔. I don't remember her having allergies until now, but I'm not a doctor. She was given some syrup to drink until the ailments passed, as well as vitamins to boost her immunity. Whenever we go to the doctor, afterwards I like to go somewhere completely different to relax.
On the way back, we passed the city park.

• Mom, do you want to go to the park?
• Of course!
  I think children do this intuitively. They understand that after a little stress, we are looking for relaxation. Adults don't listen to their bodies. Ok, we went on a wonderful therapeutic walk. . . ☀️

Kakav početak šetnje! Cveće nas je dočekalo odmah na početku staze, prskalice za travu, a drveće pružalo hladovinu koja nam je danas baš potrebna. Kiseonik i mirisi su bili svuda oko nas.

What a start to the walk! Flowers greeted us right at the beginning of the path, sprinklers for the grass, and the trees provided the shade we really needed today. Oxygen and smells were all around us.

Pustile smo da nas park vodi njegovim stazama. Činilo nam se da je u ovom parku trava još zelenija a drveće najveće na svetu. Možda smo samo bile toliko srećne pa su nam čula bila pojačana.

We let the park guide us along its paths. It seemed to us that in this park the grass is even greener and the trees are the biggest in the world. Maybe we were just so happy that our senses were heightened.

Jedan deo šume je bio zelen dok je lišće drugog dela požutelo od neprekidnog smenjivanja jake vrućine i velikih kiša. Izgledalo je kao da je uveliko stigla jesen. . .

One part of the forest was green while the leaves of another part turned yellow from the continuous alternating of intense heat and heavy rains. It looked like autumn had arrived in a big way. . .

Pažnju mi je odvuklo sunce koje se probijalo kroz krošnje. Bila je to scena kao iz bajke. Predivne boje lišća svih tonova leta i jeseni kao da nije hteli da propusti sunčeve zrake ali je sunce ipak našli put do nas.

I was distracted by the sun breaking through the treetops. It was a scene like a fairy tale. The beautiful colors of the leaves of all tones of summer and autumn seemed to not want to miss the sun's rays, but the sun still found its way to us.

Priroda na svakom koraku pokazuje koliko je moćna, koliko može da leči. Baš smo se opustile. . .

Žabice su nam donele isveženje ali palo je i prskanje, jer svi smo mi deca. 😁
Morale smo da krenemo kući. Zapalo nam je za oko predivno stoletno drvo. Sećam ga se još iz detinjstva. Drvo je pristalo da napravimo jedan selfi sa njim.

The frogs brought us refreshments, but the sprinkles also fell, because we are all children. 😁
We had to go home. A beautiful hundred-year-old tree caught our eye. I remember him from my childhood. The tree agreed to take a selfie with it.

Dok smo izlazile iz parka, pažnju nam je privuklo isečeno stablo iz koga su rasle mlade grančice. . .

As we were leaving the park, our attention was drawn to a cut tree with young branches growing out of it. . .

Bio je to divan prizor obnavljanja. Baš tako. Priroda nam svakog dana pokazuje kako se i mi kao priroda uvek obnavljamo. Uvek novi izazovi, uvek i novi rast do visina. . .

It was a wonderful scene of restoration. Just so. Nature shows us every day how we, like nature, are always renewing ourselves. Always new challenges, always new growth to heights. . .
