Volim umetnost u svakom smislu. Slikanje, kuvanje, filmove, pevanje, glumu. . . Za mene je umetnost sve što je kreativno,i sve što daje lepši smisao životu. Sve što je neobično i pomera granice poimanja života. Danas sam pokušala da napravim fotografije koje su neobične, nesvakidašnje, asketske, minimalističke. Možda ovo nekome apsolutno neće ništa značiti, ali poenta je u tome da znače fotografu, jer za njega fotografija predstavlja jedan poseban momenat i upravo to daje vrednost fotografiji.

I love art in every sense. Painting, cooking, movies, singing, acting. . . For me, art is everything that is creative, and everything that gives a better meaning to life. Everything that is unusual pushes the limits of understanding life. Today I tried to make photos that are unusual, unusual, ascetic, minimalist. Maybe this will mean absolutely nothing to someone, but the point is that they mean something to the photographer, because for him the photo represents a special moment and that's exactly what gives the photo its value.

Ovo gnezdo koje sam danas videla može mnogo toga da znači, a možda i ništa. Možda je gnezdo znak pored puta, možda ga je neki golub upravo napustio, možda su u njemu male ptičice koje čekaju hranu, možda ga neko upravo pravi. Kao ovo gnezdo, tako ni život nikada nije baš sasvim jasan. Treba imati poverenje u život jer Univerzum nije dužan da nam bude smislen.

This nest that I saw today could mean a lot, or maybe nothing. Maybe the nest is a sign on the side of the road, maybe a pigeon has just left it, maybe there are little birds in it waiting for food, maybe someone is making it. Like this nest, life is never quite clear. You should have confidence in life because the Universe is not obliged to be meaningful to us.

Od svih zgrada, baš ova mi se najviše dopala. Uredno i simetrično poredane terase kao da su me zvale: " Hej, slikaj nas!" Ova fotografija me podseća na scenu iz starih Evropskih filmova kao što su "Nebo nad Berlinom", "Alisa u gradovima". . .

Of all the buildings, I liked this one the most. Neatly and symmetrically arranged terraces seemed to be calling me: "Hey, take a picture of us!" This photo reminds me of a scene from old European films such as "Sky over Berlin", "Alice in the Cities". . .

Na poslednjim fotografijama se vide antene. Ne znam da li ste ikada videli ovakve antene, ali njima smo nekad hvatali TV signale pre kablovske, kačeći ih na krovove. Evo, neki ljudi ih ili još uvek koriste ili su ostale tako da ih vetar ljulja čineći istoriju. . .

The antennas are visible in the last photos. I don't know if you've ever seen antennas like this, but we used to catch TV signals with them before cable, hanging them on the roofs. Here, some people either still use them or they are left so that the wind sways them making history. . .
