Neke ljude ni savršen april ne može da izvuče iz kuće. Ali ako je vaš grad okružen planinama i šumama, nema razloga da ne krenete zelenim prostranstvima. Današnje društvo pati od nedostatka prirode, ali nema opravdanja za to.
Da li je boravak u prirodi od egzistencijalnih značaja?

Krenula sam stepenicama koje su vodile do prvog vidikovca ali i Kluba ekstremnih sportova. S obzirom da je to najstrmij i najnaporniji deo, odlučila sam da popijem kafu, odmorima i nastavim pešačenje...

Dok sam hodala, ugledala sam prvi put potok. Morala sam da zamolim ruku u vodu. Bila je jako hladna...

Zato je važno da redovno, svesno i s poštovanjem boravimo u prirodi. Bilo da je to vikend u planinama, sat vremena u obližnjem parku ili samo gledanje u nebo s prozora — svaki trenutak koji provedemo u dodiru s prirodom dar je našem telu, umu i duhu...
Dok sam razmišljala, misli mi je prekinuo poziv prijatelja koji me je u povratku pozvao na domaću rakiju, i vegetarijanske zalogaje. Hm, kako da ga odbijem? 😉
Naravno da ću doći. Stižem uskoro!
