Today I want to share with you my way of making delicious Arabic sandwiches, but in my style, despite being too delicious a meal, we hardly prepare it, since its ingredients are a bit expensive, but we always look for a way to satisfy our cravings and in a simple way we managed to prepare them so here I leave my recipe..

INGREDIENTS:

For the breads:

Wheat flour
Two eggs for 1 kg of flour
a spoonful of sugar
Salt to taste
One of the cups we use for coffee, those that are small, we are going to use this as a measure for the oil, it can also be a large tablespoon of butter
For the roast:

meat, it can be of a single type or several, I use chicken, sirloin, sausages

dressings

Seasonings and salt to your liking

For the tartar sauce:

A garlic
Egg
Oil
Paprika, chives, cilantro, sweet pepper
Mustard
A lemon
For the preparation of your breads, you can also include French fries, lettuce, tomato, or any ingredient of your choice.

STEP BY STEP

For the preparation of the breads we are going to place the kilo of flour in a cup, we add the sugar and the salt, we combine the dry ingredients, then we put the egg and the oil and finally we are going to place a large glass of water This must be warm, the glass that I use I calculate as half a liter of water, we knead, helping ourselves with a spoon and then we finish the kneading with our hands until all the ingredients are well united, we cover with a plastic bag in a place where don't get cold, let it rest for approximately 15 minutes.

After this time, we begin to stretch with a rolling pin or with whatever we have at hand, then we give it the shape we preheat a budare or frying pan, you can grease the frying pan with a little oil, in my case I don't do it since the bread comes off easily when ready, I made my loaves the size of my budare, I got a total of 11 quite large loaves.

For the tartar sauce we are going to place an egg in the blender, let it beat for approximately five minutes. Then we add the oil in the form of a thread until the mixture thickens, then we add the juice of a lemon and salt to taste, as we go, nor when we add the garlic and all the seasonings that we have at hand. the hand, finally, we put a large spoonful of mustard

To prepare the meat, first we make a smoothie by adding oil and seasonings such as paprika, sweet chili, garlic joint, chives, garlic, seasonings and let it rest all morning if possible, then we place it in a cauldron and let it cook until it dries out. the water completely, and at that point it is ready.

After having all the ingredients ready, we begin to prepare our divine Arabic sandwich, we also put lettuce and tomato when preparing them, everything is a matter of budget availability or to the taste of each person, and we are ready to enjoy our delicious Arabic sandwich prepared my way
