How i made the wrapped sausages

On the occasion of the December celebrations, today I want to share with you a delicious, easy, practical and profitable appetizer, which can be served with pasta by your baits and shared with family and friends, and it is better that it has few ingredients and that you can accompany with rich sauces to spread, I share my
WRAPPED SAUSAGES...

INGREDIENTS
Sausages
1 egg
Wheat flour
salt taste
seasonings
Oil

To prepare the mixture, we are going to place a glass of water in a cup to which we are going to add the egg, salt to taste and seasonings that you have on hand, in my case, I used black pepper and oregano, we beat well and add wheat flour until thick

Then we cut the sausages to the desired size, I take out 6 little pieces for each sausage, we submerge them in the mixture, on the other hand we heat a frying pan with plenty of oil, we are placing our sausage strips one by one, fry until golden

When they are ready you can accompany them with different spreadable sauces, I had pink sauce and Parmesan cheese on hand, everyone at home loved them, they were very tasty, to eat ummmm
