Today I had the opportunity to do this work, where I was hired, both for photography and videos, of this project, called: sensitizing entrepreneurs.

El día de hoy tuve la oportunidad de realizar este trabajo, donde fui contratado, tanto para fotografía como videos, de este proyecto, Llamado: sensibilizando empresarios.

It is a project that was carried out by a group of organizations here in boa vista Brazil, which helps migrants and refugees who are here.

Es un proyecto que se realizó, por un conjunto de organizaciones aquí en boa vista Brasil, que ayuda a los migrantes y refugiados que se encuentran aquí.

The project was a whorkshop or a round of conversations between different entrepreneurs in this region, on legal issues of how to hire migrants legally and in the easiest possible way. The topics discussed included: facilitating the verification of work experience, since many migrants did not have one, even if they were professionals in the area, or were in another language.

El proyecto se trataba de un whorkshop o una rueda de conversaciones, entre diferentes empresarios de esta región, sobre temas legales de cómo contratar a los migrantes de forma legal y más fácil posible. Se tocaron puntos como: facilitación de comprobación de las experiencias de trabajo, ya que mucho migrantes no contaban con una, mismo siendo profesionales en el área, o estaban en otro idioma.

The main focus of this talk was that and also for the employers to communicate to the organizations, in which aspects they were having more difficulties when hiring personnel.

El foco principal de esta charla, fue ese y también que los empresarios comunicaran a las organizaciones, en cuales aspectos estaban teniendo más dificultades a la hora de contratar personal.

In my opinion, I believe that this type of activities that are being carried out are a very important help for migrants, since many people want to work, but have difficulties in obtaining legal information regarding work, thus leading them to accept jobs where they earn very little and are exploited, so I as a migrant also felt very happy to participate in this project, because I felt the interest of Brazilian employers in giving opportunities to people who really needed it.

En mi opinión, creo que este tipo de actividades que se están realizando, son un ayuda muy importante para los migrantes, ya que muchas personas quieren trabajar, pero tienen dificultades a la hora de obtener informaciones legales con respecto al trabajo, llevándolos así a aceptar trabajos donde ganan muy poco y son explotados, por eso yo como migrante también me sentí muy feliz al participar de este proyecto. porque se sentía el interés de los empresarios brasileros en darles oportunidades a personas que realmente lo necesitaban.

Many migrants arriving in Brazil, due to language problems, do not understand 80% of the information provided, which is why the unemployment rate is high. Now, campaigns are being carried out to inform both sides, both for Brazilians and for those who are arriving and want to work.

Muchos migrantes al llegar a Brasil, por problemas del idioma, no comprenden en su 80% las informaciones que son brindadas, es por eso que la tasa de desempleo es amplia. Ahora se están haciendo campañas para informar de los dos lados, tanto como para los brasileros, como para los que están llegando y quieren trabajo.
