Dominando el arte audiovisual con software libre (Esp-Eng)

Saludos, comunidad de Hive:

Finalmente me he decidido a comenzar con mi proyecto —primeros pasos— dentro de esta comunidad tan interesante y donde me siento tan cómodo (cabe destacar que esta no es mi presentación inicial, ya la hice anteriormente).

Tengo muchas ideas en mente para desarrollar en esta maravillosa red basada en la blockchain, pero definitivamente quiero iniciar mi blog compartiendo el conocimiento que he adquirido a través de mis años como reportero gráfico, fotógrafo profesional y realizador audiovisual; y, por supuesto, muchas imágenes congeladas en el tiempo.

Mi carrera audiovisual es una bendición para mí y define todo lo que soy. Ha implicado mucho tiempo de aprendizaje, ensayos, inversión de recursos económicos y mucha pasión.

También me ha permitido descubrir herramientas fundamentales para la postedición de fotografía y video. Por tal motivo, lo primero que haré será una serie de artículos (texto, imágenes y videos) con tutoriales sobre las aplicaciones que uso a diario.

Trabajo bajo el sistema operativo Linux y utilizo aplicaciones nativas para dicho SO, tales como: GIMP, Inkscape, Krita, RawTherapee, Kdenlive, entre otras.

El compromiso que asumo es entregar cada semana, al menos, un capítulo de cada área, comenzando por GIMP, mi editor fotográfico favorito.

Deseo que este contenido sea de interés para todos y, sobre todo, que sea de utilidad para quienes deseen seguir aprendiendo junto a mí.

Mastering audiovisual art with free software

Greetings, Hive community:

I have finally decided to start my project—first steps—within this interesting community where I feel so comfortable (it should be noted that this is not my initial introduction, as I already did that previously).

I have many ideas in mind to develop on this wonderful blockchain-based network, but I definitely want to start my blog by sharing the knowledge I have acquired through my years as a photojournalist, professional photographer, and audiovisual producer; and, of course, many images frozen in time.

My audiovisual career is a blessing to me and defines everything I am. It has involved a lot of time learning, rehearsing, investing financial resources, and a lot of passion.

It has also allowed me to discover essential tools for photo and video post-editing. For this reason, the first thing I will do is write a series of articles (text, images, and videos) with tutorials on the applications I use every day.

I work on the Linux operating system and use native applications for that OS, such as GIMP, Inkscape, Krita, RawTherapee, Kdenlive, among others.

I am committed to delivering at least one chapter from each area every week, starting with GIMP, my favorite photo editor.

I hope this content will be of interest to everyone and, above all, useful to those who wish to continue learning alongside me.
