In Madrid hat es jeden Tag tagsüber fast 40 Grad gehabt, im Schatten. In diesem Klima muss man lernen mit der Hitze umzugehen und die starke Nachmittagshitze am besten zu meiden. Als Besonderheit, Feature, zeigen die klimatisierten S-Bahn-Züge (Cercanías) in Madrid die Außentemperatur an, damit man sich auf die Hitze beim Verlassen des Wagons einstellen kann. Witzig.

When I as in Madrid, it has been above 100 F every day during the daytime, in the shade. In this climate, you have to learn to cope with the heat and, ideally, avoid the intense afternoon heat in the first place. As a special feature, the air-conditioned commuter trains (called Cercanías) in Madrid display the outside temperature so that passengers can prepare for the heat when they exit the train. How funny.

40°C during the day and still 30°C at night is crazy heat! Showing the outside temperature inside the air-conditioned train is actually a really smart feature so passengers know what to expect. Stay hydrated
Irgendwie kein anderer Städte und Länder, wo es regelmäßig so warm ist, damit besser umgehen als wir. Wir müssen das dringend lernen.

It's getting hot during the day, and its going to be like that for a while. I have found myself turning on the A/C lately.
Da bin ich um unsere aktuellen Temperaturen dann doch ganz froh. Nachts noch 30 Grad ist ziemlich heftig!

Gestern hatten wir 32 °C in Aspern.. Wir haben versucht, in Richtung Lobau zu walking, mussten aber umkehren – um 14:30 Uhr war es einfach zu heiß.😎
