This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.

Yesterday afternoon at around four in the afternoon I again took the time to hunt and this time I visited one of the oil palm plantations because I wanted to look for the mushrooms that grow there.

Even though the weather wasn't raining, the weather there was always cool. Not long after I arrived there, on one of the fronds of an oil palm tree, I saw several red cup mushrooms growing or what are usually called mushrooms
Pezizaceae

If we take a photo from the right side, the cup shape of this mushroom will look like a love shape with feathers

In the same place I also found another one which was larger and from a close distance had a beautiful shape

The inner skin is so thin and hard that this fungus can survive for a long time even if there is no rain

How odd looking these guys look, it’s amazing how the little things in nature have so much life in them.

Great shots!

Thank you very much. The beautiful thing about this cup mushroom is that it has very dense hair on all its parts
