Fungi Friday : Some beautiful mushrooms this morning
In the past few days it has continued to rain in my area, until this morning, even though it was drizzling I had to go hunting to look for some mushrooms that grow on some rotten wood. With rainy conditions like this there are usually lots of mushrooms growing.
The oil palm plantation area was my main goal, considering that there were lots of twigs scattered there so they were easily exposed to rainwater and mushrooms grew, everything was according to my predictions, as I walked I saw on the oil palm tree trunks growing several small white mushrooms with several water spots. still attached to the fungus
The white fungus belongs to the mushroom species Coprinellus disseminatus, I also found two brown mushrooms with long stems growing on rotten oil palm tree trunks too
I tried to look for small mushrooms on the fronds of oil palm trees which were piled up at each harvest, my hands were a little dirty and found tiny white mushrooms, the area was narrow so I broke the stem a little and lifted the mushroom up.
The type is the same but has a different mushroom shape on the umbrella part
one other stem had four mushrooms, I tried to take a shot so they could all be seen even though a little of my hand was visible
there was one pile that had so many mushrooms growing, I had difficulty detecting the focus on each mushroom, the small size and also the many mushrooms made it a challenge for me to be able to take a beautiful shot
This is what the area I visited today looks like, it's so full of bushes, isn't it? Of course it's different from your area
