Into the night - the endless power of a single image.

Yesterday we visited the northern city of Haifa to watch two more movies screened as a part of the Haifa 40th International Film Festival. The first blind date was a amazingly great movie "KYUKA - BEFORE SUMMER'S END" by the young Greece Director Kostis Charamountanis. (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32135407/)

And the second one and absolutely unsuccessful for us "SEW TORN" described as Comedy-Thriller and filmed like on acid made fast changing TikTok style 5-15 seconds long short scenes.

So we finished with very bad feeling, yes my brother got exactly the same filing already from the first minutes of watching this movie, that this way we finish this year of our visiting this festival.

The wa y home was terrible in the terms of the weather conditions. Pouring rain, hail, thunder and lightning followed us all the way 100 km to the city where my brother lives, which met us with dry asphalt and complete bewilderment why my car was wet :-))))

Rain and movies, two of my favorite things in the world. Too bad the second movie wasn't any good. Sometimes we have so many expectations, we set the bar high. I liked the effect of the rain on the glass and the camera. Best regards, Victor.
