The meal for Dimitrov's Day

Today is Dimitrov's Day and we celebrate my husband's @outlinez name day.

In the evening we are expecting @deska89, @fog043, @nanast and other friends with whom we will celebrate the holiday.

Here is what we prepared for the festive table:

Roasted peppers with rice, leeks, carrots and sweet potato.

Sweet with hot peppers, which I prepared a few days ago and it turned out to be uniquely delicious. I will soon write the recipe how I prepared it.

Eggplant Pizzas:

Pumpkin cake:

Potato meatballs and Swiss chard meatballs cooked in a hot air fryer.

Several types of fresh salads, most of which are made with vegetables from our garden.

Levourd pesto, which my daughter @artysela and I prepared in the spring and canned. A real vitamin bomb from the mountan .

And warm homemade sourdough bread that I made the day before - today is risen and ready to bake.
