A few days ago I visited Greece and one of the places I really liked was the city of Kavala, located in Northern Greece.

The bus I was traveling on stopped at the port and I only had about an hour to walk around. It was a short time, but I managed to see interesting things and fall in love with this beautiful place.

It was nice to walk along the promenade. There were tall palm trees and many benches to rest on and enjoy the sea.

Along the promenade there were many cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops, which were full of people.

I headed to the Aqueduct - an ancient structure of impressive size, which I walked around.

I also passed by the church of Agios Nikolaos.

I also explored the park, which had fountains, beautiful gardens and trees, and lots of pigeons.
